I placed an order at 19:15 for food that was going to be delivered at 20:10. Since then, I've been making a number of calls, spoke to Zandie who was not helpful at all @20:25, she promised to follow up and call me. I called again at 20:50 and spoke yo Mawethu, who promised to also escalate the matter and that he'll call me back. Again no feedback. I called again at 21:15, Zandie hung up on me. I called again, using my airtime each time, got through toYusrah , who confirmed that both Zandi and Mawethu did not escalate the matter and that she'll follow up and contact me back. It's not 21:55 and I'm still waiting for my food. I'm 38 weeks pregnant, very hungry amd freaking angry where I am. Why has my food not reached my freaking house????

I called again @22h00, Cindy advised that the restaurant said Mr D must cancel the order because it's past delivery time. WHAT ON EARTH IS THIS???? WHAT IS MY FAMILY SUPPOSED TO EAT????
