You just lost a regular customer

I placed an order, it was delivered twice? and I was charged twice? Then I log a query and you ask me what happened and then say no you can't refund because I accepted the order. Duh I accepted it because I was charged for it. Anyway, the way you handled the issue was pathetic and now you lost my business. I will use someone else in the future. App deleted, cheers.
