Wrong order with absolutely no rectification

Absolutely disappointing experience. I've used the app so much before, and horrible experience when I received an incorrect order.

I notified Mr D that I received the incorrect order. Received a mail and phone call for an absolutely unhelpful employee. Asking ridiculous questions and making one feel like your are a ***** for wanting what you paid for.

I will NEVER use the Mr D again. And I'll make sure to tell everyone I know the same.
