Wrong Order Incomplete Order

Placed and order or a Dozen donuts and 3 on the side the order that came was wrong and I queried the matter and sent and email to a Lady by the name of Chelsea Lindeboom and still havent received a response from her.....i am really dissaponted in Mr as I am very Loyl to you company Please fix this DFD***2
