Wrong order

On Wednesday the 30th of October in the evening I ordered 2 separate orders with MR delivery. I ordered from romans pizza as they had a special running (two large pizzas 1 large topping for R118) and I selected Russians.I don’t know what went wrong with the app but the Russians were not on the pizzas when delivered. I phoned the call center for assistance and the operator did not help , I was told that my order was a classic cheese and nothing could be done . This is very upsetting as I would not have wasted money on a classic cheese pizza then! The app is not user friendly and furthermore I am going to rather use Uber eats as their app is more friendly and the service is of excellent quality .
