wrong order and old food

i have placed an order with mr delivery for sushi form Shooshi, when i order came it was the incorrect order, the avo was brown and the rice was hard, once i complaint to mr delivery they wanted to only give me a R15 coupon, when i googled the company shooshi its not even on google i cant find a number for them, i would please like to know where did the food come from! i am still waiting for my email form mr delivery
