Wrong order and an order that never arrived

so yesterday I ordered a platter that was R295 it was supposed to consist of 8 pieces of chicken, 12 Buffalo wings and 2 packs of chips. to my surprise when I got home that there that was not what I ordered. bare in my that it was my mother's birthday. R295 FOR WHAT??? PLEASE TALK TO THE PEOPLE THAT YOU WORK WITH BECAUSE THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. WORSE THE SECOND ORDER THAT I PLACED NEVER ARRIVED!!!!!!!!
