wrong order

i ordered through MrD a few days ago and i was not happy with my order and i had to complain, KFC florida road in morningside was not sorry but they eventually brought the correct order, i then ordered again today and the same thing happened, i added a note to specifically ask for a gravy not a mash and gravy and a drumstick but got the wrong things, i had to use my airtime to call again and they fought until they sent the correct order, the lady did not want to give me a voucher said they do not anymore, offered me a krusher and i told her i am lactose intolerant but they just left it like that, twitter kfc is not responding and instagram
