Worst, unreliable service ever

I just placed an order at Mc Donald’s Norkem park. The store received, prepared and released my order at 10:33. The app showed that the driver took deliver of food and the driver is on the way. At 10:40 the app shows that my food has been delivered yet I did not receive the order. I tried calling and phone are not operating, all complaints must be submitted via email and TAT is 72hiurs for them to attend to my query.

I called Mc Donald’s andi spoke to Cassius who confirmed that he can’t track the order using the order number I gave him.

I am very irate right now as I have no idea as to what happened and my money has been debited.

Mr D pride themselves as the most reliable, most efficient and safest way to be used during this lockdown yet I am not having any joy with this kind of experience.
