Worst support service ever

If I could give the support people a 0, I would !! Firstly my KFC order was missing items. Then I logged a query WITH a picture. Then a support guy James.T got back to me and apologized and said I would receive the value of the items in a coupon. Then a Britney.J entered the email and basically treated me like I’m a lier and asked for more pictures with OPEN containers. The picture very clearly states that 2 twisters was missing and 2 snack burgers 1 regular chips and one large chips. They gave me 3 small chips a chicken drumstick and a small chips ?!! But she wants OPEN containers ?!!
