WORST SERVICE-MR DELIVERY

I am utterly disappointed, furious and disgusted with the service I received from your APP, your driver, your call center staff and not forgetting the so called ''Team leader/ manager'' or whatever he is supposed to be. You are ***** and don't know anything about customer services- I have been waiting for you to refund my money since 11:20 on Sunday 17/01/2021 after my call with the team leader. Which I also had to fight for to get. I'm still waiting for that email to confirm my credit of the order being returned back into my account as I was advised by him. It's been over 24 hours- and nothing. You have so little to do in that company of yours- yet you're failing!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK, NO EXCUSES- I' SHOULDNT EVEN HAVE WAIITED THIS LONG. IT'S QUITE CLEAR THAT YOU DON'T PRIORITISE OR TAKE YOUR CUSTOMER'S COMPLAINTS SERIOUSLY! A PERSON HAS TO GO ON A RANT TO BE HEARD? THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE- PERIOD! I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THIS APP OR YOUR COMPANY- OR EVEN REFER ANYONE TO IT. I BETTER GET THIS MATTER SORTED IT OUT VERY VERY SOON!
