Worst service Mr D

My order was placed at 17:28. Was supposed to be delivered by 18:26. It hasn't even been picked yet. When you try to phone the number on the app, the number doesn't exist. It is now 18:41 and the order has still not been picked. I send a WhatsApp saying the need to cancel my order and refund the credit to my bank account, but their WhatsApp doesn't seem to understand the message. I will no longer use Mr D, instead Uber delivery. I wNt my refund in my bank account and not my Mr D account.
