Worst service from MR D FOOD

I will definitely never order from Mr D Food ever again. On Saturday, 21st of December, me and my friends ordered pizza. The money went of my bank account but the order didn't show on my profile. I had to call them 5 times, send my personal bank statement to them, no one ever came back to me as promised, and at 21:00 they confirmed that they received the bank statement and the money, but they can't deliver anymore because it is to late. They promised me a refund. Me and my friends went to NY Slice, the place that we ordered the pizza from, we asked them until what time they take orders from Mr D food, they said until 22:00. So today is 24th of December, and I'm still waiting for my refund.
