Worst service from MR D

Ordered a certain type of food when I got my food it was the wrong order and myself and someone else got sick because it's not what we wanted, I've been waiting 4 days for a outcome but yet getting same replies back that another department is attending to it.

I sent pics but it's like they choose to ignore the pics or did they want the pics with the throw up because who at that moment takes a pic of a wrong item when you busy with a pregnant person who got sick from eating the item.

4 days waiting for an answer because all Mr d cares about is making money and not dealing with customer inquiries, taking long on purpose then at the end of the day when they decide to do their work, I'm going to hear they can't help me and it's not their fault.
