Worst service experience ever in Cape Town

From using Mr Delivery up to four times a week to absolute anger for their failing service. Ordered with them usual restaurant (DFD ********** ). They collected foid at 13:00 and as I am five minutes away I went out at 13:07 but no one in site. Waited until 13:30 then sent an email because they no longer take calls. Still no response. At 13:54 an hour after collecting food they say they are arriving. Get the rudest call I have ever had from headoffice saying person had arrived. No apology no nothing. Then hangs up. Feel like I am having an out of body experience and can’t undesrtand the rudeness of this. Mr D now serviced by Takealot and I am sadly not suprised. Don’t use them they don’t care and don’t care about customers.
