worst service ever this company must just be closed

I have had it now... so yesterday i placed an order online which was unsuccessful for whatever reason, however the transaction went off from my account, I raised this yesterday already and I'm not getting any detailed respond the only respond was that " your order has been updated " what does that even mean ? Like I sent countless of emails due to the fact that there is no contact number on your site... guys sort this out and maybe take your staff to training on how to respond to queries... I don't even know what to expect...this is annoying....they say they cant pick my transection …requested POP I sent it and they all quite this company does not care about their clients and employees...and guess what I did not eat yesterday I will never use their service again …They are so *********** …. I want my money back
