Worst service ever ! ******* and ******

This is the second time Mr Delivery has *****ed me over ! Spoke to some Client service manager who told me that there is. I thing he can do for me and got charged for a meal I didn’t want. Me Delivery call center , you Gus need to close down . You don’t know a single thing about service or call etiquette! I was told they cannot cancel an order even if I called in less than a minute after a placed order coz they won’t make a profit. Talk about customer service???? Nuaw Wood , which I think he gave an incorrect name intentionally you don’t Der serve to call yourself a manager if you can’t even exercise listening s****s . Now I lose R300 because some company is inefficient? This is definitely not going to end here! This his definitely the last time my family will ever use this service . Don’t know why I didn’t stick to UberEats. The disrespect though !!! Now the App says I hen received order and I haven’t , I guess nobody cares coz they have made their profit !!!
