Worst service ever from Mr Delivery

What terrible service. Place a order with Pizza Perfect order got accepted and driver collected the order. While tracking the driver I see he's standing at one location for about 15min. I send the driver a message to ask if he is ok. He send a message back saying he can't deliver the food because it's dark. I'm like ***. Why did he take the order. Next thing I call call centre and a credit is issued cool. Consultant tell me to please use them and maybe order somewhere else. I go online yet again and place a order at Nandos. Same thing order accepted and driver collects again, order says delivered but I don't have my food. Yet again call call centre and I get a credit. All I have wanna do I swear those drivers that took my orders but didn't deliver , but all I'll say is WOW.
