Worst service ever

I ordered yesterday food it took more than two hours. The first order the driver said he is at the parking of the complex and refused to deliver and told I must come look for him. When I ordered I ordered for the food to be delivered at my couch as I have limited mobility. He decided to leave. The second one chose to wait by the pool in the complex and told she was too scared to come in and look at the numbers I must come to the gate to get my order. This is a double gated community and why take a job where you are “scared” to go. And at the time she said she was scared the security was doing rounds she could have asked for an escort since she was unsafe. This was extremely disappointing, take a lot and Mr delivery must take a look at this. To top it off when I ordered there was a special at kfc the second order had no special. DFD*** and DFD***
