Worst service ever by mr delivery

Last night at 8pm we ordered food from KFC lenasia south for the value of R600. The order was set to arrive at 09:06pm do my family and I decided to sit outside while we wait because we were socializing. At 09:00pm I checked my app to see how far the order is and saw unsuccessful contact KFC. We then got in the car and drove to KFC where they informed us delivery cuts off at 9 but I informed them that the order was made long before 9. A very rude manager from KFC indeed but I will deal in another review. Mr delivery decided that they are going to take their driver's part when I informed them nobody came to deliver KFC said the driver is ****ming people and took the food for himself he pretended to come to my location sent a message no attempt to even call nothing at all he knew what he was doing. They say they have refunded me but must wait 3 to 5 working days. I then had to pay for the order again at KFC for food we had to beg for. Driver is siyabonga Shibe ***.
