Worst service ever

Worst service i got order was collected at 19h16 but the driver only delivered 1 hour later food was ice cold i would rather want my money back from mr D the lame excuse i got is driver was *********** to deliver in time that is no excuse to me i contacted support they sed they will get back to me but nobody even tryed to contact me back and ask for feed back on this issue Date of my transaction was 14 feb 2023 food was order 18h36

Customer service/feedback is shocking. Don’t hear back from them once a ticket has been created, won’t be using the app anymore
