Worst service ever!!!!!!!!

I ordered pizza on Friday 28 Jan on the Mr D app. I got a notification that my pizza has been delivered. I went to the outlet where I ordered the pizza they told me it was collected by a Mr D driver and they gave me his number. Since friday I've been calling Mr D but there's no answer and the guy's number goes straight to voicemail. I paid for my pizza on the App but I didn't get my order. This is unacceptable!!!!
