Worst Service Ever!!!!

I registered an account in my daughters' name at Mr D Foods. I chose the restaurant which is in Waverley, Pretoria, in Codonia Avenue. When I went to enter the delivery address, the Mr. D Foods System, had transferred the name Codonia to the address bar where I was supposed to enter the delivery address. I tried to remove the Codonia, but it was not possible. I then proceeded to enter the correct address for delivery which is in Capital Park, but even after doing so, the name Codonia followed the entered address. I finished entering the full address details. In the comments section I added the delivery address again adding where the house is situated and that they had to phone one of the 2 cell numbers which I had supp****!! I then went ahead and paid for the order online!! The delivery person a while later contacted my daughter, confirmed that it was her and then proceeded to tell her that he would not be able to fulfill the delivery as that branch does not deliver to Capital Park!! He then proceeded to tell her that he would contact his superior to find out what to do. After this interaction no one ever contacted us again!! A few hours after this had happened I sent Mr D Foods a message asking them for a refund as we had not received the food!! I was contacted a DAY later and informed that Mr D Foods would not be reimbursing me as the food was already prepared by the restaurant and it had to be paid for, Mr D Foods supp**** me with extremely bad service by firstly not trying to contact me and see if I could arrange for someone to go and collect the order from the Restaurant in question. Secondly for accepting my payment even though I had supp**** the correct address!! A glitch in Mr D Foods' system is not the customers fault but the Mr D Foods Company's fault!!! I feel that this whole situation could have been avoided had Mr D Foods just tried to find an alternative way of supplying the product to me, the customer!! If this is the way that this company generates its profits I view it as totally *********!! How many other people is this happening too?!!

Worst experience ever!! I will never make use of this company again!!!
