WORST SERVICE EVER

We have ordered from mr d on 01 february and we only received half the order from Kauai Sandton CBD. 2 hours later, 8 calls made on my expense i'm still waiting for a manager to make a call to advise we will not get a replacement meal but a refund was done to a credit wallet - now forcing us to again use Mr d and get bad service! i have in a long time not received such bad service from a driver (who got lost) or call centre management

i'm still waiting for the management to call with my complaint - as its both a driver and a customer service issue!
