WORST SERVICE EVER

If the order was not collected, I requested to cancel because the main item I wanted was out of stock but because the driver was assigned nothing could be done... I was told to request the driver fail the order or reject it upon arrival and the poor driver now has to go back to drop the order back at the store to return the item.... Logically tell me how that makes sense???? Worst customer service ever...either your processes are really flawed and needs to be revised or your support agents like Moegamat are damn lazy and refuse to actually help and just push advice that I could have gotten from your help centre.
