WORST service ever!!!!!

I had the worst experience last nigh with Mr D! I ordered a steers meal for my 3 year old and a sharing meal. Order was placed at 18:02 from the El Ridge Steers. 18:49 the driver left to come and deliver and he drove all the way to the other side of town from where I stay. Delivery was suppose to be made in Farramere Benoni. The driver went all the way to Pomona (Kempton's) side. I contacted the driver on Mr D Chat and he did not respond. I then phoned El Ridge Steers to tell them about my situation and the lady said she will contact the driver and get back to me which was also a fail as she never got back to me as promised!! Food was suppose to be there at 18:50 already now this was 19:05 already. In the mean time I logged so many queries with Mr D which was also a waist of my time and they were useless! No one helped me just email after email and no help getting to the issue!!!! Eventually the driver rocked up there at 19;20 the food was ice cold my daughter was so hungry! The food was all messed up and looked like it came out of the garbage! All Mr D did at the end was gave me a R30 voucher!! You can shove that R30 voucher! I will never ever make use of MR D again, I deleted your app and from now on Uber Eats will be my go to!! And I will tell everyone about this terrible experience!!!!
