Worst service and no management

Worst service for the last 3 times I've used you guys incorrect food and nothing done about it and also now placed order, debit went off restaurant accepted order food was suspossed to be delivered and it hasn't even been picked up yet from the store I could of gone and got it myself if I was advised that it wasn't allocated to a driver and nothing will be done about this either you guys are useless
