Worst service!!

On 5 June at 16:53 we placed an order with Mr Delivery, online. We got a notification that our delivery will arrive between 17:47 and 18:14. At 17:22 we received a call from Mr Delivery informing us that they didn't charge for the larger pizza, grand total should be R318. (This was actually what the original amount was?). The agent informed me that the order is placed, we will get our delivery just after 18:00. At 17:53 she phoned again, saying that our order was just placed. Our order only arrived at 19:17?? 3 hours later?? The food arrived cold, which we expected.<br> <br> This was our FIRST order from Mr Delivery, and definitely the LAST!!! <br> <br> <br> Pathetic to say the least.
