Worst service

It;s now second time receiving bad service from MrD Drivers, driver arrives and keeps on "buzzing" my phone, eventually when I get his chat, he's waiting where his heart pleases because he assumed he wont be let in the yard. When approached and ask why he buzzes instead of calling, he proudly answers "Nobody buys them airtime, so he's not other people" (#DFD***)
