Worst service!

Ordered a pizza from Debonairs through MR Delivery from Columbine shopping center An agent from mr D called to confirm the exact address because the app could not pick it up. Mind we sted the correct address on the app's notes and with the 1st agent that called. Time went by with no delivery, I ended up driving to buy the pizza directly at Debonairs. 2nd agent called Asiphe Klaas and says it is my fault delivery got cancelled. And I would be liable to 50% refund. Why when the driver didnt make contact . And why did the 1st agent call to get the correct address only to be cancelled ORDER DFD***3 I would like my full refund
