Worst service

On the 24/03/2020 I ordered a meal at Nandos and my order was cancelled.I called the contact center informing them about the issue they promised to refund me within 24hours as I made the card payment.I followed up as I haven't received my refund still to date they 've been promising that I must wait for 5 days.I am so disgusted worst customer service ever from your employees I would never use your services but I want my money *******.
