Worst service

Placed an order at 17:22 on 27 July 2019, at 17:44 I received the notification my food was collected at Nando's. At 18:41 I contacted the call center, only for them to tell me the driver had a breakdown and it will take another 30 minutes for a new driver to bring my food to me. 1st time to order from them and also the last time.
