Worst food experience ever!

I ordered a Jalapeno chicken burger on the 7 April 2019. This was lunch. Everything went great up until I opened my burger it was a double chicken burger which I did not order.

I then took the picture of the wrapper stating its a chicken burger and the consultant asked for a picture of the food which I think does not make sense because Hello I sent the wrapper.

I am still waiting on a response and highly upset because I did not eat the burger as it tasted disgusting as well. WOW Order DFD ********** 9
