Worst experience ever

After a hard day at work and hectic gym session, I ordered my family food via Mr delivery. I managed to pay and the food was going to be delivered. The app went offline while I was tracking the delivery. I logged off and couldn't login back again. Called the call center and was told they have technical issues and asked for 10 to 15 minutes to sort them out. 30 minutes later still no delivery. I called the food store and them couldn't see my order. Called my delivery helpline and after waiting on a line for more than 10 minutes they told me they can't assist me. I asked for a refund and it will take 2-5 days but my EFT was instantaneous. My first time trying the app turned to be a nightmare. I now have to cook for my family 2 hours later and I still don't have my money back.
