WORST EVER!!!!!

On the 21st, we ordered dinner for 4. The app showed the driver collected the food at 19:29 by 20:02 we still have not received the food and the restaurant is 10min away. So the second call I place is to cancel the food. And I cancelled on the app. I only was given a 50% refund and still no food. THIS IS STEELING.
