Worst Delivery Service Order No DFD***

I’m disappointed with Mr D to not even give me a call after my order was cancelled because of the driver who can’t speak english and who got lost. They then said they have investigated and the driver is saying i’m the one who was unavailable to receive the order. On that day at the same time i have placed 3 different orders from 3 different restaurants on their App and 2 of those orders were delivered without any hassles. He is lying by saying he was at my place and i never came to fetch the Order. He was lost and didn’t know where he was and minutes later after several calls directing him and giving him directions on the App my order was cancelled. He didn’t even use the chat to look at my messages. And now Mr D have the audacity to say they won’t refund me.

The driver couldn’t tell us where he was, we asked him to ask around so we can be able to tell him where to go. I’ve been using Mr D for Years and i never experienced this worst nightmare. The adress is there and I always get my orders. Why would he lie and say i was never available to receive my order. I stay in a complex, when they get to the gate we get called, i never received a call from the guards to notify me of the driver, he never got to my place with my order, he went back to the store and **** to say i’m not available to take my order.
