Worst delivery service

Worst delivery experience ever!

My food arrived cold and when I tried to log the issue I was forced to call into a call centre.

When I called the guy didn’t even introduce himself and then transferred me to customer service (wondering who I was initially pushed through to).

Then customer service asked me to share a picture of my cold food (as if he would see that the food was cold through the picture).

I just can’t deal with the subpar level of service.

Mr D needs to find a better way of supporting with customer service issues - we’re not in 2006 anymore…
