Worst delivery service

One of the first delivery services but also consistently bad. They use to be the most convenient but now they can’t even deliver or answer/respond to their customer service complaints and queries. Have now had and heard 2-3 incidents where drivers haven’t delivered food properly (Such as driver ate half the order or food fall out and driver used their hands to s**** bits of it back into place). Completely unacceptable and when you complain on the app or on the phone, after submitting photographic proof, they don’t refund or reimburse or make any effort to actually give you what’s owed to you
