Worst customer service i have ever experinced in my life.

I ordered from the Mr delivery app on the 28th September 2018. Th order came to a value of R157.60. I paid by card but the order didn't go through and the money was taken from the bank account. When I immediately wrote and email to report this I was taken back and forth by different agents namely Tatum Haupt, Simthandile Mazwi and then finally I spoke to Raqual Raciet and it seemed like I was getting somewhere as she sent a refund request and sent me the reference number Ref. ********** and advised me of the time frame which is up to 5working days. When I still didn't receive the refund on the 9th October 2018, I sent another email and I was then answered by Lynette van den Heever who asked for the account details or to choose a voucher I then chose a voucher as I thought I have waited too long for the refund and would rather get this over and done with. when Lynette van den Heever never bothered to answer my email, I decided to call in and spoke to Reagan Minnies who promised to call me back with more information at 12:30 but never called. I called in again and spoke to Bathandwa Hlanjwa who immediately wanted to transfer me to Reagan Minnins and I refused and asked him to take ownership. After placing me on hold I ran out of airtime and he called me back to say he has escalated the matter to their finance team and he will shortly generate the voucher/ coupon and send it to my email. After waiting for a while I called back in unfortunately I can't remember the guy's name but he placed me on hold without my consent to go ask Bathandwa about this matter and Bathandwa now had a new story that he never promised to generate the voucher but said he is escalating the matter. I am so fed with Mr Delivery in Salt river and I don't think I would ever use them again. their customer service is the poorest service I have ever had in South Africa and I would advise people to rather not use card payments with them. I am really boiling with anger and would never recommend them to anyone.
