Worst Customer Service ever!

Extremely Disappointing Experience at MacD Jackel Creek / Mr D

I recently had a terrible experience with MacD Jackel Creek. My food arrived late, and when I inquired about the delay, the driver became defensive and dismissive. Despite claiming to be lost, he seemed more interested in giving me attitude than apologizing for the inconvenience.

To make matters worse, when I tried to contact the customer service line, the call kept dropping. The overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend MacD Jackel Creek to anyone. The employees seem to lack basic customer service skills and display unacceptable attitudes. So unhappy at how your drivers treat people.
