Worst customer service ever!!!!

I placed an order this morning and I was double charged. Not only did they tell me they had a system error but told me to contact the bank instead. Not one apology or any type of assistance. Manager called with attitude and no solution. I have now wasted my time and airtime and still don't have y money. Worst customer service ever!!!!
