Worst customer service at Mr Delivery

An absolute nightmare. Please don't ever bother calling their customer care line, they will just cut the call multiple times. You will continue calling over and over again spending more than R50 airtime just trying to get through to them. They're an absolute nightmare. If your address was set wrong and you made a mistake, don't ever think you can correct it. It's just a nightmare and they don't even have a pin system like Uber Eats so anyone fan get your order especially if you can't correct your address because they won't stop cutting the call.

All those agents don't deserve to work there, there's plenty of unemployed people that will do a better job and definitely won't cut the call on us.

I would suggest ordering from Uber Eats and not Mr Delivery. Mr Delivery is stressful and an absolute nightmare.
