Worst customer service

I ordered from them on Sunday 21 April the delivery guy sent the order to an address in a different province. When he called to say he was outside I informed him that he was at the wrong address and he hung up. When I called the Mr D contact line they said it was not their problem and the driver must sort it out. So not only did I not get my order but also no refund. What happened to the Consumer Protection Act protecting the rights of customers?
