worst customer care in South africa

a 1 star rating is way to much , i am absaloutly disgusted with the level of experiance i received from Mr D on the 19/12/2023 , order was submitted , transaction was payed , order was made but never collected from store , i phoned the customer care nr , that was a waste of time , i called the store , they confiremed that order was never collected , eventually after such a wait , food was deliverd , food was ice cold , soggy and drinks was warm , as it was waiting in the store to be collected , when food arrived i asked the driver what was the issue , he rep**** noting everything is in order

i submitted a online complaint , after 24 hours no response what s ever , i am not a person who complaints , i have been a loyal suporter of this service , but in my life i will never suport them or recomend them to anyone
