Worst Courier service in the Rebublic

I got a call from ********** 500, I answered my phone and no one is talking on the other side, the person drops the phone and within seconds I get an sms that says, ''MrD Courier was unable to contact you to arrange delivery of your FNB Credit Card'', Really!!! I try calling back the number and I'm put on hold till my airtime runs out. I also tried to call back again this morning and for a good 7 minutes still no one is answering. I would never suggest you guys for my enemy's company as the delivery service.
