Worst company ever

I ordered KFC on the 19th of November on Mr D app from Maitland KFC. The meat arrived but it was rotten and smelling and the chips were old or like they used old potatoes. I than reported to Mr D to say if they need to pick up the meat they can take it back. Luzuko M refunded me the money. I did not use the refund the same day. 2 days later I changed the cellphone number on my app and than my acc got suspended. When I spoke to an agent from Mr D they kept advising it's not suspended on their side and I kept sending screenshots showing that it was suspended. I had to figure it out on my own that its because of the new number I got it was linked to a suspended account. I requested that they change the number but they advised that they are unable to which means I have lost that account forever . They asked me to create a new acc which I did and now they are saying I need to order first fir them to refund the money. So use more money to get my own money back that makes no sense. I'm ****ed and frustrated with them and annoyed that they take 7 hours to respond to previous email and than tell you " we cannot do anything do this do that. I need my R163.55 back.
