Worst Client Service In SA

Worst Client Service!!! So I order food at 7 after I had called numerous times, the call center kept telling me they will follow up with the driver and call me back, which never happened, needles to say at 21:50 I had to call again, they still can't tell me where my food is or if I am even going to receive it. After cancelling it only to find out that they can take my money in less than a minute but the refund takes 4-5 working days utter bull****!!!! I payed for a service which was not delivered to me.... O and we are sorry here is a R50 coupon thanks I can't even buy a ****ing ice cream with that. Wait I will be paying for nothing once again so thanks for nothing worst company in SA with worst service.
