Worst business partner

We got an order thro Mr.D to my restaurant . Order no : DFD*** driver collected the food and never delivered . The costumer calls us can shouting at us thinking we have control over his order . Mrd does not have the courtesy to even call and explain the costumer the problem . The costumer things we are wrong . Where MrD has a major delivery problem
