Worst app ever

I ordered food from Mr D on the pedros restaurant. The driver did not deliver the food. I called 4 times and the calls kept getting dropped. I eventually called someone else and was told to call back after 15 minutes. I called again as told and was told the amount will be sent to the eWallet. I requested for my money back and was told I would get it back after 5 business days. My last money, dies it mean I must not eat for the rest if the day. Your service sucks and clearly have no sense of urgency or customer service.
