Worse service ever and tasteless and cold food.

Been using the App for a long time, but tonight their service delivery was disgusting. Ordered food from RocoMamas at 17h15 and it took 2 hours for our food to arrive. Called customer support twice and both times I got no proper response in terms of when I can expect the food, the 1st call I got told the food would arrive at 18h30. Well 18h30 came and went and food has not even been collected at from restaurant. Called second time and then got told that they have escalated but have not heard back from drivers yet . So we will have to wait to hear from them as soon as they hear from driver.... are you serious? We support your App, the least you can do is at least try to find out what is happening with a delayed order. Anyway, food arrived and it was ice cold and tasteless.... so there goes R300 which we might as well have flushed down the drain.
